About the Position
  • As a senior developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing APIs and integrations enabling efficient IT service management.
Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of developers in migrating the support platform.
  • Develop and implement APIs according to best practices.
  • Collaborate with analysts and testers to ensure seamless transition to ServiceNow.
  • Mentor junior colleagues in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow developer.
  • Strong foundation in developing APIs and integrations.
  • Experience in IT service management with deep understanding of its benefits.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills essential.

This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow is required.
