Lead UEFN Project Vision and Execution\

The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of what engages the Fortnite audience, demonstrated by their ability to build new game modes and maps.

  • \
  • Develop and own the creative vision for UEFN projects from concept to delivery\
  • Compose clear design documents, level layouts, and gameplay flows\
  • Implement layout and devices to prototype and polish gameplay\
  • Manage a cross-functional team including programmers, level designers, VFX/audio artists, and QA\
  • Foster a culture of playtesting and iteration based on feedback and player behavior
Key Responsibilities Include:\

  • Prototyping and polishing gameplay experiences\
  • Leading a small team of creatives\
  • Aligning teams around a shared vision\
  • Driving project execution from concept to delivery\
  • Staying up-to-date with UEFN developments and trends
Requirements and Qualifications\

  • A minimum of 2 standout Fortnite Creative maps shipped, showcasing creative ownership\
  • Expert-level familiarity with UEFN and Fortnite devices\
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills to drive team alignment\
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional game teams or pods (design, art, audio, code)
