Global fintech innovator seeking skilled professional to join Operations team in São Paulo, Brazil.
The ideal candidate will have experience in trading system support, institutional client service, and cross-functional collaboration across the Americas.
Key responsibilities include acting as primary interface between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless trading workflows and FIX/API integrations.
Candidates must possess strong knowledge of trade lifecycle, execution workflows, and electronic trading systems.
About the Role- Provide daily support for institutional clients across the Americas, covering trade execution, platform functionality, and post-trade services.
- Act as technical liaison for Sales and Relationship Management teams, assisting with onboarding, demos, and training.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FIX/API integrations, account setup, market access, and trade flows.
Requirements
- 5+ years in trading support, electronic trading, or operations at a broker-dealer, fintech, or trading platform.
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
