The Owner Relations Specialist will act as the primary point of contact for property owners, ensuring seamless communication and timely issue resolution.
Job Description:This role requires a professional with excellent English communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be proactive, and have previous experience in property management, hospitality, or customer relations.
Responsibilities:- Act as liaison between homeowners and internal teams
- Handle homeowner inquiries efficiently and professionally
- Ensure homeowners are updated on property matters and requests are addressed promptly
- Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and guest communication teams to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records of homeowner interactions and follow-ups
- Excellent English (both written and spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or customer relations is beneficial
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Remote full-time position
