Job Opportunity

As a Compensation and Organizational Design Specialist, you will play a key role in the People team responsible for executing compensation and benefits processes. Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing compensation structures that align with the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage job architecture, salary bands, and variable pay cycles to ensure fairness and equity;
  • Conduct market benchmarks and support salary and benefits reviews based on data-driven insights;
  • Oversee benefits portfolio and vendor relationships to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve employee value perception;
  • Design and maintain organizational structures to ensure alignment with business priorities and scalability;
  • Support headcount planning and team sizing decisions with data-driven frameworks and tools.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Compensation, Benefits, or Organizational Design;
  • Strong analytical and communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders;
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills to analyze complex data sets;
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency to communicate effectively with global teams;
  • Degree (completed or ongoing) in Business Administration, Economics, HR, or related fields.
