Unlock your potential as a Data Extraction Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering data insights to our premium customers. You'll be part of a dynamic team collaborating with the Customer Success organization to empower users to receive mission-critical data at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our Managed Services team to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and exceed their needs.
  • Develop expertise in automation workflows, data extraction, and customization utilizing our robots.
  • Utilize Regex, Xpath, and JQ for data scraping, manipulation, and formatting.
  • Collaborate with automation tools like Zapier and N8N to process data and create end-to-end workflows for data extraction, integration, and delivery.
  • Perform thorough QA testing to guarantee robots function properly prior to client delivery.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in HTML or another programming language.
  • Proficiency in Javascript and JQ.
  • Ability to maintain a 4-hour overlap with PST timezone.
  • High proficiency in English both spoken and written.
  • Capacity to work cross-functionally with multiple ongoing deadlines.
