As a Product Launch Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and launch of new e-commerce stores.

About the Role

This role operates fully remotely in the EST Time Zone, with all business conducted entirely in English. You will work closely with our team to create data-driven strategies that enhance user engagement and increase conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and optimize data-driven strategies to improve user experience and drive sales growth.
  • Maintain and analyze site performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing updates as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting platform performance during and post-launch.
  • Configure and integrate Shopify apps and third-party tools.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years' experience in e-commerce or web project management.
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and search engine optimization (SEO) fundamentals.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify and its APIs.
  • Familiarity with integrating third-party tools and services.
