Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Financial Planning Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and support in the implementation/development of operational planning and associated service delivery processes, methods and techniques.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain professional relationships through networking with industry leaders, regulators, and policy makers as well as business partners that are key in the development of new ventures.
- Champion and manage business bulk acquisition strategic plan in line with Business Unit strategy.
- Collect market intelligence through research by reading articles, publications, internet, word of mouth, and networking on a daily basis to keep abreast of market developments.
- C coach, mentor, and manage team members toward driving business objectives and ensuring colleague development.
- Actively keep up to date with all relevant knowledge, legislation, and developments within the Business Unit and banking industry that may have an impact on the Business Advantage.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree and Professional Qualifications in Business, Commerce, and Management Studies. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
