The primary objective of this role is to execute email campaigns, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, schedule, and test email campaigns, crafting compelling content that resonates with our audience.
  • Conduct A/B tests, track performance metrics, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Maintain strict adherence to GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and list management guidelines.
  • Develop seasonal email campaigns throughout the year, aligning with strategic marketing objectives.
  • Initiate subscriber surveys to enhance engagement and foster loyalty.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to inform future marketing strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven copywriting skills with a focus on creating engaging English content; Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset, capable of converting performance data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities.
