Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a creative and challenging role that requires a high level of ownership, problem-solving, and a strong grasp of lifecycle marketing strategy.

You will partner closely with retention managers and designers to develop and deploy high-performing email and SMS campaigns for e-commerce clients. From ideation and copywriting to QA and reporting, you will be hands-on throughout the lifecycle, translating insights into messages that drive revenue, deepen loyalty, and elevate the customer experience.

  • Develop and execute data-driven email and SMS strategies for e-commerce clients.
  • Write, proof, and schedule email and SMS campaigns.
  • Work directly with clients to manage the revision and approval process of their emails and SMS messages.
  • Develop creative campaign concepts for client retention marketing calendars.

This is a fully remote role supporting a team in the EST time zone and is open to candidates based in Brazil, Portugal, and Spain.

Requirements
  • 2-4 years of work experience in digital marketing, copywriting, growth marketing, e-commerce, etc.
  • Past experience working at an agency or working with multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with Klaviyo or similar email service providers.
  • Enthusiastic, passionate, and creative; thrives on thinking outside of the box to create new best-in-class customer experiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, plus the ability to clearly articulate and express complex and sometimes technical ideas to a wide variety of people and groups at any level.
