We're seeking a hands-on Email Marketing Specialist for a temporary assignment to help us enhance our campaigns. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in email platforms and setup — including automations, segmentation, and deliverability — to ensure flawless execution. This is a great opportunity to make an immediate impact while working on diverse and data-driven projects.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Hands-on ESP expertise — Set up automations, segmentation, and triggers directly in an email service provider (AWeber, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Campaign execution — Build, schedule, and test campaigns end-to-end, not just draft copy
  • Optimization — Run A/B tests, track performance metrics, and iterate based on data-driven insights
  • Compliance — Ensure GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and best practices for list management are followed
  • Write engaging, on-brand copy and design email templates that capture attention
  • Plan and execute seasonal campaigns throughout the year
  • Create and schedule subscriber surveys to strengthen engagement
  • Refresh weekly automated emails with a new look and feel
  • Support the development of our B2B email strategy, including thoughtful segmentation
  • Provide reporting and insights to share with the team
  • Manage special email requests as needed
  • Explore new opportunities to innovate in email marketing

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience with major email platforms/ESPs (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, AWeber, etc.)
  • Strong copywriting skills with an eye for compelling content — English is required, Portuguese is a plus
  • Deep understanding of email marketing best practices, automation, and compliance requirements
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn performance data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities
