Founded in January 2025, Westpace already operates over 60 active stores and has launched the beta version of its platform. Our mission is to think local and sell global.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketplace Specialist - Entry Level, located in Rio de Janeiro, RJ. The Marketplace Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing online product listings, implementing pricing strategies, and analyzing marketplace performance. The role includes tasks such as coordinating with different teams to ensure inventory accuracy, handling customer inquiries and feedback, and using data analytics to drive sales growth. The specialist will also assist in executing marketing campaigns and maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in managing and optimizing online product listings
  • Experience with implementing pricing strategies and analyzing marketplace performance
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills for ensuring inventory accuracy
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle customer inquiries
  • Skills in data analytics to drive sales growth and marketing campaign execution
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is a plus
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English
