About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Senior Consultant to join our Enterprise Cloud Services organization. As a key member of our Project & Program Office, you will play a critical role in accelerating S/4 HANA cloud adoption in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the planning and implementation of cloud projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Own the escalation management process, resolving critical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, operations, and product support, to onboard customers into the cloud.
  • Provision and upgrade system landscapes in the ECS Private Cloud, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Act as the main interface to the customer project team, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Strong IT project management competences, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Business acumen, with a deep understanding of technology and solution backgrounds.
  • Process affinity and strong process orientations, with experience in managing system owner-related tasks.
  • Proficient in IT backend technology, with experience in working with cross-cultural teams and individuals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage project escalations and de-escalate critical situations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Good understanding of SAP Cloud solutions and experience in managing SAP release upgrades.
  • SAP Basis Lead with strong knowledge and hands-on experience.
  • Network knowledge related to Hyperscalers, such as Google, AWS, and Azure.
