We are seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our sales organization. This role will report directly to our Country Manager, focusing on closing high-value clients and growing the market. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities using AI tools, email, WhatsApp, cold calls, events, and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients who could benefit from our products or services and maintain a steady pipeline of high-quality leads.
- Outbound Sales Efforts: Conduct personalized outreach via phone, email, and social media to connect with prospects and set up introductory meetings.
- Qualification of Leads: Assess prospective clients' needs and challenges to determine if they align with our solutions and qualify leads based on specific criteria such as budget, authority, need, and timeline.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate information on all leads and prospects within our CRM system, tracking interactions, follow-ups, and lead progression through the sales funnel.
- Collaboration with Sales Teams: Work closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals and ensure seamless communication.
