We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and regulations, supporting business growth, and implementing regulatory strategies within agreed timelines.
The role requires:
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory trends and local legislation;
- Ensuring product labels comply with local regulations;
- Finding regulatory solutions to meet product launch schedules under guidance;
- Identifying and escalating non-compliances related to products/projects;
- Ensuring project deadlines are met or escalating issues as necessary;
- Monitoring regulatory submissions/approvals;
- Monitoring official gazette and ANVISA website for local approvals and competitor publications;
- Reviewing advertising materials to ensure local compliance and competitive advantage;
- Monitoring and requesting new sanitary documents (licences, class councils, technical responsible persons, etc.) and respective controls, renewal to competent inspection bodies according to company needs, ensuring operational factory compliance;
- Requesting FISPQ for third-party companies; and ensuring controls and availability;
- Ensuring receipt, control, digitization and maintenance of physical and electronic records, registration/notifications of products, and comprehensive organized controls;
We are looking for someone who is:
- Able to work in a hybrid regime at our factory in Raposo Tavares, SP;
- Graduating this year in fields such as Pharmacy, Chemistry, Production Engineering, Food Engineering, etc.;
- Intermediate English speaker;
- Experience as an intern in Regulatory Affairs or related areas;
- Espanhol is a plus;
- Proactive, curious and willing to learn;
- Critical analysis skills, communication and sense of urgency.
