About This Role

Mondelēz International is seeking a skilled Quality Control Technician I to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment to meet our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain equipment to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet our standards.
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve production issues and improve processes.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of safety procedures and quality control principles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
