About This Role
Mondelēz International is seeking a skilled Quality Control Technician I to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment to meet our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain equipment to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action to resolve equipment issues.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and quality control procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese required.
