Job Summary

As a Business Insights Professional, you will play a vital role in driving strategic decisions with data-driven insights. This position involves building strong foundations to evaluate partner performance, compare sources consistently, and identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards to track performance across all sources and media partners.
  • Establish and evolve the set of core metrics used to evaluate partners consistently (ROI, fraud, quality, scale, etc.).
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in source performance, providing actionable recommendations to improve results.
  • Collaborate closely with the Partnerships Manager to provide analytical support and enhance commercial strategies.
  • Anticipate risks and opportunities in negotiations, helping prioritize partners and identify efficiency improvements.
  • Partner with the Growth team to translate insights into strategic recommendations that impact campaign outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for data-driven insights within the Partnerships team, bridging data analysis and business strategy.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams (Growth, Product, Revenue Ops, Finance) to ensure data alignment, metric definitions, and reporting consistency.
Requirements:
  • Hold a degree in Business or a related field.
  • Possess 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business analysis, or related roles.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills: ability to work with datasets, build dashboards, and derive insights.
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar) and SQL is essential.
  • Exhibit strong business acumen: ability to translate numbers into actionable recommendations.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary.
  • Experience in programmatic advertising, digital marketing, or ad tech is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment is an advantage.
