Job Title

As a seasoned Application Transformation Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our clients' journey to modernized applications.

You will work closely with stakeholders to uncover requirements for new applications or upgrades to existing ones, and document these specifications with precision using cutting-edge methodologies.

Your exceptional analytical skills will shine as you gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional and non-functional specifications.

In this role, your impact will be immense. You will conduct thorough needs assessments, crafting comprehensive use cases, tracing requirements meticulously, and visualizing process flows.

Whether it's designing and implementing modernization strategies for mainframe applications or providing expert guidance on how technology can be leveraged, you will be the visionary architect behind their digital transformation journey.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in mainframe application development and modernization.
  • Expertise in mainframe technologies, architectures, and programming languages such as COBOL, PL/I, and Java.
  • Strong understanding of z/OS and IBM Software Products as well as 3rd party Mainframe software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with previous experience in a client-facing role and translating business needs into technical solutions.
Preferred Skills
  • AWS certification or equivalent cloud certification.
  • Knowledge of mainframe security practices and associated tools.
