Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Inventory Operations Specialist to join our team at Puma Gruppe. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the focal point between 3PL (logistics operator) and Operation Puma, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide strategic support to sales channels, including E-commerce, Retail, MKT, and Wholesale, to ensure efficient and accurate inventory operations.
  • Analyze product inventories in the Distribution Center, maintaining the accuracy of the available balance between Operational systems.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in logistics processes and implement solutions to increase operational efficiency.
  • Support IT in the creation of auditing and inventory movement tools.
  • Supervise the destruction of damaged products, contributing to accuracy.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in the area or in similar positions, working with inventory control.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • High analytical capacity.
  • Strong planning and organization skills.
