About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives for key clients. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans for major clients.
  • Manage relationships with agencies and partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing activities.
  • Track deliverables and ensure alignment among internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor the implementation and results of all marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Serve as the primary interface between internal teams and external partners.

Requirements:

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in a marketing team (agency or client side), ideally within Financial Services, Technology, or FinTech sectors.
  • Proven expertise in marketing strategy and project management, with demonstrated stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs and measuring ROI and other performance tools.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving and collaboration skills, with the ability to challenge and improve existing processes constructively.
  • Demonstrated commitment to inclusion, with experience developing solutions that address diverse audiences.
  • Up to date with the latest digital trends, research, and marketing best practices.
  • Result-oriented professional, able to work effectively in a matrixed, fast-paced decision-making environment.
