We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team in São Paulo as a Technical Services I member.
- Perform regular maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on Otis elevators;
- Ensure the smooth operation of elevators and escalators, providing exceptional service to customers and passengers;
- Detect and resolve technical defects in a timely manner;
- Anticipate potential equipment issues to optimize performance and prevent failures;
- Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all necessary protocols.
- A high school diploma or equivalent and formal training in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronics;
- Knowledge of safety procedures and training in NR10 and NR35;
- Experience in elevator and escalator maintenance and customer service is desirable.
