Senior Quality and Compliance Analyst Role
About the PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality and Compliance Analyst to join our organization in Brazil. This key member of the LatAm Franchise Quality organization will be responsible for end-to-end ownership to support new product introduction, product lifecycle strategies, and project implementation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement projects with rigorous analysis and deep organizational knowledge.
- Investigate and improve existing processes or develop new basic processes.
- Evaluate all new products and changes to ensure compliance with regulations and internal procedures.
- Develop and revise standard operating procedures and GMP documentation within Quality and R&D Compliance processes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or related science is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in a regulated industry (Good Manufacturing Practices and Quality for cosmetics) is necessary.
- Knowledge in Medical Devices and/or drugs is a differential.
- Advanced English is required, Spanish is desired.
- Regulatory requirements across LatAm region such as ANVISA, COFEPRIS, INVIMA, ANMAT are essential.
- Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) are necessary.
