Network Analyst Position

The Network Analyst will be responsible for managing and maintaining local area networks, wide area networks, wireless local area networks, and software-defined wide area networks. The ideal candidate will have experience in addressing, switching, routing, WiFi-related devices, Active Directory, DNS, NPM, firewalls, CDNs, balancers, and NFV.

  • On LANs, WANs, WLANs, SDWANs, the Network Analyst will be responsible for configuring, troubleshooting, testing, and implementing changes to these networks.
  • In the WAN, the Network Analyst will be responsible for private networks and assisting in the adoption of monitoring and data collection tools in the network.
  • The Network Analyst will support carrier trunking with the local network and participate in complex network setups.
Key Skills:
  • Engineer or Technologist with a degree in computer science or related field, with experience in management of local area networks (wired/wireless) for more than 2000 virtual/physical devices and extended datacenter supporting critical business environments.
  • Creation/configuring medium and high-critical configuration scripts for new environments/troubleshooting/remediation scenarios.
  • Cisco CCNA Certification desirable.
  • Experience with configuration, troubleshooting, testing, IMAC for access/border/core network for Cisco/HP Family.
  • Small/medium switches L2/L3, small/medium/large Router L3-L7 for access/edge/core, WLAN Cisco/HP.
  • Firewalls Palo Alto, SASE - apply policies/rules/group member/individual.
  • Identification, testing, and built cabling CAT5-9, fiberoptics MM/SM.
  • Testing for data communication radio & mobile access.
  • Knowledge for NSX/Virtualization network.
  • Active Directory/RADIUS/802.1x/MFA authentication.
  • Palo Alto Firewall/Windows Jump Server configuration.
  • Palo Alto VPN.
  • Panorama and Cortex Management for large number of devices.
  • Prepare, validate, and conduct change Management process.
  • Capacity/Performance analysis (CPU, Mem, throughput ports).
