Network Field Expert Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Network Field Associate to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the biggest IT Services companies in the world. As a Network Field Associate, you will be responsible for managing local area networks (wired/wireless) for over 2000 virtual/physical devices and extended datacenters supporting critical business environments.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Engineer or Technologist of systems or telecommunications, in computer science or related, with experience in management of local area networks (wired/wireless)
  • Creation/Editing medium and high critical configuration scripts for new environments/troubleshooting/remediation scenario
  • Cisco CCNA Certification desirable
  • Experience for configuration, troubleshooting, testing, IMAC for access/border/core network for Cisco/HP Family
  • Knowledge for NSX/Virtualization network
  • Active Directory/RADIUS/802.1x/MFA authentication
  • Palo Alto Firewall/Windows Jump Server configuration
  • Palo Alto VPN
  • Panorama and Cortex Management for large number of devices
  • Prepare, validate and conduct change Management process
  • Capacity/Performance analysis (CPU, Mem, throughput ports)

Requirements:

  • Engineer or Technologist of systems or telecommunications, in computer science or related, with experience in management of local area networks (wired/wireless)
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
  • Good communication skills
