Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cost accounting methods (material, labor, freight import cost, and overhead expenses).
  • Support pricing actions initiatives for the business (standard and perpetual moving average cost).
  • Provide accuracy information's, reports, and KPI to directors for decision-making purposes.
  • Support budget, forecast preparation, and strategic plan elaboration with finance, commercial, and general management leadership.
  • Month end close process, internal controls.
  • Inventory control, cycle counts.
  • Support decision-making on inventory management – DIH, provisions, disposal, and actions to reduce results impacts from inventory.
  • Cost accounting and inventory reconciliation.
  • Ensure integrity of product cost and cost accounting information for multiple sites.
  • Support internal audit processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years in a management/leadership position.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent education.
  • MBA is a plus.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Intermediate Spanish language skills.
  • Integrated ERP experience.
  • One Stream or HFM system.
