As a detail-oriented and organized Billing and Collections Executive, you will be responsible for leading our billing and collections efforts. You will have strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with various departments.
Key Responsibilities- You will calculate and update monthly and projected billing in a timely manner.
- Issue invoices through multiple channels, including ARCA, Receita Federal, and Chargebee.
- Coordinate invoice issuance across different regions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- You will actively follow up on outstanding payments, communicating with clients as needed.
- Record received payments accurately and reconcile them across various systems.
