At Intellect, we're seeking a skilled Clinical Psychologist or Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in delivering evidence-based treatments, with a primary focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This role involves developing and implementing individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you'll be responsible for providing individual and group therapy sessions for clients, both in-person and virtually. You'll also participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing service development and improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing specialized clinical care pathways in line with the evidence-base and best practice.
  • Providing crisis intervention support and managing risk situations.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with professional and legal standards.
  • Continuously updating professional knowledge and skills through participation in continuing education and professional development activities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology or Counselling.
  • At least 1-3 years of post-graduate clinical or counselling experience, preferably in a mental health setting.
  • Expertise in individual and group facilitation.
  • Proficient in planning and executing online seminars with various web platforms.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in delivering evidence-based treatments with a focus on CBT as a core treatment modality.
  • Current registration or eligibility for registration as a Clinical Psychologist or Counsellor in the current country.
