Role Overview

The successful candidate will join our dynamic mental health team as a Clinical Psychologist or Counsellor, contributing to the delivery of evidence-based treatments and interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches, with a primary focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement client-centered treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions for clients, both in-person and virtually.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with professional and legal standards.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • A Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology or Counselling.
  • At least 1-3 years of post-graduate clinical or counselling experience, preferably in a mental health setting.
  • Expertise in individual and group facilitation, with a focus on CBT.
  • Proficient in planning and executing online seminars, creating engaging content, and effectively navigating crisis situations.
  • Current registration or eligibility for registration as a Clinical Psychologist or Counsellor in the current country.
