Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Analyst to play a key role in our product development team. As part of this role, you will aid product development managers in their management routines by researching data and gathering information from the field.

You will utilize your analytical skills and experience to produce reports and statistical data to determine the viability of a project and track its progress over time. Your expertise will be essential in confirming that potential project ideas align with company goals and financial objectives.

As a Senior Project Analyst, you will implement novel software products with high impact on the industry in the long term.

Responsibilities
  • Aid with the development and tracking of project management processes to ensure activities are executed according to agreed-upon governance.
  • Help communicate policies and messages to program teams and upper management.
  • Aid in developing project communications, including PowerPoint decks, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and MS Project schedules.
  • Continuously analyze data and make suggestions to implement or improve initiatives, processes, and procedures.
  • Document new or revised procedures or workflows.
  • Produce recommendations with key users to specify improvements to existing automated business processes and systems.
  • Support program leadership and sponsors as they work to achieve project goals.
