Human Resources Manager Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our organization. This role offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment.

  • This position is responsible for managing a team of professionals and ensuring compliance with labor, health, and safety regulations.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in HR processes, including payroll, recruitment, and rewards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a team of 3 people and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
  2. Ensure compliance with labor, health, and safety regulations where applicable.
  3. Assist managers in defining roles and coordinate with the Supply Chain Operations business partner; participate in the recruitment process for Blue Collar employees.
  4. Support HR Business Partners in driving local employee engagement initiatives, succession planning, and more.
  5. Oversee the quality and implementation of benefits, focusing on the Blue-Collar benefits package and any necessary adjustments.
  6. Facilitate the payroll process by ensuring accurate reporting, analysis, and legal compliance regarding overtime and shift hours.
  7. Lead Performance Management for Blue Collar employees.
  8. Address training needs based on Individual Development Plans and the factory's training plan.
  9. Drive Performance Management for Blue Collar employees in alignment with the Develop Management process, ensuring a balanced mix of team and individual objectives to support World Class Manufacturing (WCM) or Total Productive Maintenance ( TPM )involvement and factory performance/KPIs.
  10. Act as the primary liaison with local government authorities, such as social security and the labor ministry. Represent the company in internal and external audits, as well as in interactions with unions and other entities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
  • English proficiency is mandatory.
  • Experience in a factory environment is required.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, including payroll, recruitment, and rewards.
  • In-depth understanding of local labor laws and experience managing relations with government authorities.
  • Ability to navigate all levels of the organization effectively.
