We are seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our team.
Job DescriptionThe role of the FP&A Specialist is crucial in helping us make informed financial decisions by analyzing past results and creating projections for the future. Our mission is to gain a deep understanding of our performance from a financial perspective.
We are a dynamic team divided into key areas including Horizontals, Markets, Global Products, Efficiency, and Procurement.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and forecast financial results for our business units;
- Improve FP&A processes to generate insights and clarity in income statements;
- Understand and analyze the impacts of product-related decisions on our results;
- Automate reports by connecting them with databases from different sources;
- Build, update, and review financial models and simulators;
- Create and present executive materials with financial results to our leadership team.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in financial analysis (P&L, Balance Sheet), credit analysis, or related areas;
- Strong analytical skills to manage and evaluate complex data;
- Excellent communication skills to engage with different business partners and stakeholders;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets;
- Fluency in English;
- Programming knowledge (Scala, SQL, and Python) is a plus.
