Job Description

The Finance Manager is a critical role in our organization, responsible for overseeing financial operations and ensuring seamless revenue collection processes.

This position involves managing accounts receivable, overseeing automated financial processes in Airtable, and ensuring accurate and timely billing procedures across all business entities.

  • Manage and optimize automated financial workflows in Airtable to ensure smooth process execution.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing processes, maintaining spotless procedures across all business entities.
  • Properly categorize and track business expenses, maintaining organized financial records.
  • Build comprehensive reports on revenue streams, cost analysis, and key financial metrics for leadership decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
  • Accounts Receivable Management: Oversee invoice generation, payment collection, and follow-up processes to ensure optimal cash flow.
  • Financial Process Oversight: Manage and optimize automated financial workflows in Airtable, ensuring all processes run smoothly.
  • Billing Operations: Ensure accurate and timely billing processes, maintaining spotless invoicing procedures across all business entities.
  • Expense Management: Properly categorize and track business expenses, maintaining organized financial records.
  • Financial Reporting: Build comprehensive reports on revenue streams, cost analysis, and key financial metrics for leadership decision-making.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of finance or accounting experience with focus on accounts receivable and process management.
  • Specialized Knowledge: Experience with chart of accounts design and financial categorization systems.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in financial systems, advanced Excel skills, and experience with automated processes (Airtable experience preferred).
  • Quality Focus: Strong attention to detail for accurate coding and categorization.
  • Process Management: Proven ability to manage and improve financial workflows and billing operations.
