Facilities Coordinator

• Coordinate third-party service activities such as cleaning, access control, reception, transportation, food management, waste management, gardening, and other tasks
• Monitor expenses and forecasted costs
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly site visits to ensure operations are running smoothly
• Coordinate the opening and closing of service requests
• Receive, store, and issue documents, and oversee periodic inventory supervision
• Negotiate contracts for services like cleaning and maintenance
• Prepare reports, controls, and KPIs

• Degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields
