Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled analytical professional to lead our R&D efforts in the development of new cosmetic products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and executing the analytical strategy for projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

  • Coach and mentor junior professionals, contributing to their technical development and growth within the organization;">
  • Maintain a strong focus on quality and compliance, adhering to regulatory requirements and standard operating procedures;">
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require a strong background in analytical chemistry, including experience with HPLC, UPLC, GC, spectroscopy, and microscopy. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or cosmetic industry is preferred, although not mandatory. Additionally, you will need advanced English language skills, both written and verbal, as well as intermediate or higher levels of Spanish.
