Explore a dynamic career opportunity as a Senior Formulation Chemist responsible for the development and execution of technical programs in our Self-Care Franchise. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance product innovation and scientific leadership in applicable need states both regionally and globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical management and execution for OTC New Product Implementation, contributing to critical analysis and technical recommendations during developments.
- Represent R&D into cross-functional teams as a Product Development, bringing critical technical discussions, managing complexity, risk taking, and decision-making supported on data analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and external legal regulations.
- Due diligence reviews with deep technical analysis to evaluate external opportunities aligned with the business strategy.
- Lead the E2E process for new OTC development, starting with product development, process strategy, and validation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related fields.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
- 7+ years of experience in OTC (Solids and Liquids) with formulation and process development.
- Broad knowledge of the Self-Care business, including regulatory requirements and global market trends.
- Ability to lead complex technical programs, manage direct and indirect scientists, and drive career growth.
