Job Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and communicative professional who is passionate about hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • English proficiency (spoken and written);
  • Living in Florianópolis – SC;
  • Interest in head hunting, people operations, and administrative work;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks;
  • Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets;
  • Experience in fast-paced environments or startups;
  • International experience;
  • Undergraduate degree.
