Job Summary

As an Electrical Manager, you will lead a team of electrical professionals in accordance with company commitments and strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the electrical team, implementing organizational methods and tools, and ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the TE team to achieve business goals
  • Implement organization methods and tools to enhance team efficiency
  • Ensure proper follow-up of QCD commitments and key performance indicators
  • Support electrical industrial activity on NEO projects by managing the LAM Operation Leader team in link with COE Electrical

Requirements

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Master Degree in a relevant field (e.g. electrical engineering, management)
  • Experience in the electrical domain, particularly in the railway industry
  • 5+ years of team management experience
  • Fluency in English, with Portuguese desirable
