Electrical Team Lead

">Job Description:

As an Electrical Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of electrical professionals to achieve key commitments and competences. You will develop and manage the team to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are met. Additionally, you will support electrical industrial activity on NEO projects and transition the region towards standard electrical development processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the electrical team in accordance with key commitments and competences.
  • Implement organization methods and tools for electrical activities under your responsibility.
  • Ensure proper follow-up of quality, cost, and delivery targets for electrical work packages.
Support Electrical Industrial Activity:
  • Manage the LAM operation leader team in collaboration with the COE Electrical department.
  • Develop the LAM OPL (skill and operational ownership) in conjunction with the COE Electrical department.
  • Implement proper routines and methods with OPL to ensure good coordination between manufacturing and COE Electrical output.
Transition to Standard Electrical Development Process:
  • Bring awareness of the electrical development process to LAM teams (project, engineering, industrial, management).
  • Implement methods and tools for the electrical team to produce electrical development process outputs to the COE Electrical department.
Performance Measurement/KPIs:
  • Delivery as per quality, cost, and delivery targets.
  • First NEO project fully executed from LAM.
  • Complete implementation of electrical development processes in LAM, in line with central standards.
