About the Role

Mission:

As Automation Solutions Lead at Orange Business, you will contribute to achieving Upskilling/Reskilling & Certification goals and objectives by supporting the implementation of skills & learning technologies and systems that foster employee growth and development.

You will lead the development and evaluation of metrics frameworks to measure the effectiveness of skills & learning solutions and track their impact on skill development and organizational performance. This includes collecting and analyzing data, generating reports, and making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

This role also involves managing a team of Data Analysts, Web Developers, and enhancing agile and scrum practices. You will share your expertise and contribute to the organization's success.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop plans to introduce new automation technologies to increase efficiency and productivity within the Data & Automation Team
  • Evaluate potential automation projects to determine their business viability
  • Support the creation of training materials for employees using new Skills & Learning systems and automated tools
  • Implement clear maintenance processes with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and collaborate with the CTIO to manage issue and bug reporting capabilities for both tools and reports

About You

We seek an individual with strong communication and teamwork skills, a customer experience-focused approach, and excellent problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, have a learning capacity, and be aware of Agile principles. They must be able to work independently in an international context and possess advanced knowledge in software development/coding, software architectures, testing, quality assurance, DevOps, Continuous Integration/Deployment, and version control.

The ability to analyze, model, and interpret data is essential, as well as experience in database management and team management. A Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience in automation/development and team management.

A good level of practiced technical knowledge, data/development/technical skills, communication skills, teamwork/collaboration on remote environment skills, people management skills, and Associate-level DevOps/Cloud certification are necessary for this role.

Salary Information

Based on industry standards and market conditions, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
