Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our alcohol category brand(s) in Latin America. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key strategies and innovative plans to drive market share growth
  • Identify key business priorities to develop and guide the overall brand strategy
  • Develop mid-term growth plans and annual brand plans focused on addressing market needs
  • Lead cross-functional teams on work assignments and provide direction and manage timeline milestones


Qualifications and Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is required (Master's or MBA degree is highly preferred)

Experience:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience with increasing responsibility and scope in Brand Management

Skills:

  • Fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese is also highly preferred
  • Ability to translate marketing objectives into strategies and plans
  • Knowledge of information used to define brand strategic corridors and develop appropriate business solutions
  • Knowledge of basic financial analysis related to marketing effectiveness and resource allocations
  • Persuasive communication skills and ability to develop materials for corporate strategy and business review meetings
