Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to drive our category and supply chain finance operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial planning, budgeting, and performance management within a supply chain or category finance environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement financial strategies that support strong business performance of our portfolio and supply chain operations.
    • Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
  • Business Partnering & Decision Support:
    • Partner with marketing, supply, and procurement teams to drive financial discipline and enhance decision-making processes.
  • Performance Management & Reporting:
    • Oversee financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with global standards.
  • Operational Efficiency & Cost Optimization:
    • Drive cost efficiency programs across supply chain and procurement functions, ensuring sustainable improvements.
  • Leadership:
    • Lead a team of finance professionals by providing direction, mentorship, and development opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience:
    • Extensive experience in finance roles, preferably within FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Manufacturing.
