We are looking for an experienced finance professional to join our team as a Category & Supply Finance Leader.

This role will play a crucial part in leading our Financial Strategy, ensuring alignment with our overall Business Performance and Supply Chain Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, leading budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing strategic insights to optimize costs and improve margins.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies for category management and supply chain operations.
  • Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
  • Ensure alignment with overall business objectives and regional targets.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize costs, improve margins, and enhance overall financial performance.

Business Partnering & Decision Support:

  • Partner with Marketing, Supply, and Procurement teams to drive financial discipline and enhance decision-making processes.
  • Develop and implement financial models to support strategic initiatives.

Performance Management & Reporting:

  • Oversee financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with global standards.
  • Monitor key financial KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities to proactively drive corrective actions.

Operational Efficiency & Cost Optimization:

  • Drive cost efficiency programs across supply chain and procurement functions.
  • Identify and implement best practices to enhance operational effectiveness and cost management.

Leadership:

  • Lead a team of finance professionals by providing direction, mentorship, and development opportunities.
  • Represent the finance function in cross-functional projects and initiatives.

Reporting & Compliance:

  • Ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with local regulations.
  • Maintain robust internal controls over all aspects of category & supply finance.
