Supply Chain Leader

As a Supply Chain Leader, you will be accountable for leading the sales and operations planning process (S&OP) to ensure timely delivery of products and services that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement processes to ensure supply chain efficiency and reliability.
  • Coordinate and monitor customer orders to ensure punctual delivery.
  • Maximize asset profitability by improving service levels and reducing costs.
  • Direct site capacity planning to ensure proper supply of products.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive strategic planning and decision making.
  • Collaborate with product management to establish supply chain strategies for new product launches.
  • Manage inventory and maintain acceptable inventory levels.
  • Support reduction of non-working slow moving (NWSM) inventory by identifying opportunities to influence demand and working capital optimization.
  • Work with purchasing to establish suppliers of secondary sources for all major components.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into high-level view of demand, supply and strategic planning.
  • Leadership and collaboration skills with ability to motivate and develop others.
  • Strategic thinking with ability to identify and develop opportunities that will have greatest strategic impact.
  • Business knowledge with strong working knowledge of cross-functional interactions and touchpoints within global business environment.
