">Key Responsibilities:">

  • Manage electronic point tracking in accordance with Portarias 1510 and 671 from MTE;">
  • Monitor and maintain point data submitted by supervisors, guaranteeing timely completion within monthly deadlines;">
  • Identify and report inconsistencies to responsible parties for daily correction;">
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws regarding working hours and overtime limits;">
  • Maintain electronic point records in compliance with requirements for accurate monthly closure;">
  • Generate comparative and analytical reports on worked overtime and unrecorded hours;">
  • Develop expertise in labor and social security legislation, as well as proficiency in electronic point systems;">
">Required Skills and Qualifications:">
  • ">
  • Degree in Law, Administration, or Accounting;">
  • Experience in high-volume processing;">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint advanced features;">
  • Knowledge of systems: FPW LG Folha, Peoplesoft, and SAP;">
">Preferred Skills and Qualifications:">

  • Previous experience in implementing payroll and electronic point systems;">
