Senior Payroll Assistant

The role of Senior Payroll Assistant is crucial to the continued profitability of a globally recognized and respected company. This position oversees financial activities, enabling the company to bring groundbreaking innovations to market.

Your key responsibilities will include expertise in calculating and verifying resignation settlements, generating and ensuring accurate payroll enclosures, meeting monthly and annual schedules, and guaranteeing timely payment of resignations along with homologations.

We require professionals with superior qualifications in law, administration, or accounting who have experience in processing high-volume payrolls and possess knowledge of labor and social security legislation.

Familiarity with payroll systems such as FPW LG Folha, Peoplesoft, and SAP, as well as advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, is essential.

A differential advantage would be having experience in implementing payroll systems and working on an outsourcing model.
