Job Overview

The role of Senior HR Operations Assistant is crucial to the successful operation of our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitating the onboarding process for new employees.

Responsibilities
  • Expert in all admission processes, monitoring the dashboard for admission compliance and meeting SLA admission deadlines;
  • Responsible for registering, validating, and qualifying employee records, ensuring accurate information and no inconsistencies;
  • Monitoring and meeting monthly admission windows as per the established schedule;
  • Providing digital channel support for new employees;
  • Ensuring all mandatory documentation is correctly registered in the system and on benefits channels;
  • Provisioning the timely payment of admission allowances within the legal deadline through E-social;
  • Reporting any unexpected delays or issues related to employee admissions;
  • Availability to work in Belém (Brazil) in a presential capacity.

Requirements

This role requires candidates with experience in implementing payroll systems, preferably in an outsourcing model. Knowledge of labor legislation, E-social, and internship law is also essential. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is required.


Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • Labor legislation, E-social, and internship law expertise;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Knowledge of FPW LG Folha, Peoplesoft, and SAP systems.
