Job Title: Property Casualty Producer

We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial sales professional to join our team. As a Property Casualty Producer, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, building relationships with nonprofit clients, and managing your book of business.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping nonprofits thrive. You will work closely with our customer service team to support our nonprofit clients and build strong relationships with carriers to stay on top of new products, trends, underwriting requirements, loss control, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute a business development plan to drive new business growth and meet production goals.
  • Partner with customer service team to support nonprofit clients.
  • Manage your book of business to maintain high levels of client retention.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of commercial lines sales experience with a proven track record of growth.
  • California Property/Casualty Producer License.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Nonprofit experience is preferred but not necessary.
