Transformative Data Architect

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Snowflake to ingest and transform data from diverse sources, ensuring seamless integration and high-performance processing.
  • Implement robust ETL/ELT processes and validation routines using SQL, Python, and orchestration tools like dbt or Apache Airflow, guaranteeing data quality and integrity.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align data engineering solutions with business goals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Ensure data quality through error handling, automated monitoring, and validation processes, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
  • Monitor and optimize Snowflake query performance, warehouse usage, and overall pipeline efficiency, driving continuous improvement.
Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, preferably in SaaS or analytics-driven environments.
  • Hands-on expertise in Snowflake, including ELT development, schema design, and performance tuning.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data ingestion, transformation, and analysis.
  • Experience with orchestration and transformation tools such as dbt and Apache Airflow.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling (e.g., star schemas, dimensional modeling) and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
