Talent Data Analyst

We're looking for a detail-driven professional to analyze complex data from our Talent team, extracting valuable insights and helping solve problems.

Key responsibilities include understanding the Talent funnel, architecting a data solution from scratch, working with stakeholders to identify reporting needs, querying data sources, cleansing and massaging data into shape, creating datasets, reports, and dashboards, presenting and gathering feedback, deploying data to tools, and maintaining and documenting the operational environment.

Requirements include at least 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, strong analytic skills, hands-on approach, superior organizational skills, disciplined approach, solid understanding of relational data modeling concepts, and proficiency with top-of-the-line data analysis tools.
